LISTEN:

For your upcoming events, you can choose performers on flute alone, duets, trios, or quartets. (San Francisco Bay Area, California). For online listening, go to the River Within Music Gallery page.

PARTICIPATE:

Join a flute group online or live (SF Bay/El Cerrito, California area):  flute circle, group practice session, group lesson, or various ensemble combinations.

MEDITATE AND HEAL:

Allow the soothing sounds of the flute to guide you though your meditation practice and/or healing sessions.  If you’re a flute player, use your flute to relax.  If not, listen to flute music while having a meditative and/or visual experience to regain your focus and health.
